R.I.P. Tide run was an infinite runner concept set underwater. I know, I know, running... underwater... But there were bubbles involved I swear!

These ruins were designed to be put in randomly to layers that parallaxed, creating a majority of the visual interest in the background with limited amounts of work.

The ruin elements were then placed in front of a stationary hand painted background to simulate the open ocean.

This was the runner's main character, I modeled her after a rockfish, mostly because I knew its bright orange coloring would stand out from the green/ blue coloring of the background.

She was also designed to be bone animated within Unity, so each piece had to be individual, and shaped to have minimal distortion from meshes.

The main obstacle, or enemy, in this runner was this angry little puffer fish, hit its spines, and it's game over.
If it wasn't apparent I had possibly too much fun designing this little guy.

This was a seamless tiling bakcground for a Halloween themed runner. The trees are set up in tracks to paralax, while the candles and wraiths are separate elements to allow for animation or random spawning.
